SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping is offered at flat rates based on weight:

0-3lbs: $10
3-8 lbs: $20
8-15lbs: $40
15lbs and over: $50

99% of the time, the shipping I charge you is actually less than what the post office charges me, but, I'm okay with absorbing some of it - it's part of doing business in a world that expects free shipping.

I ship items USPS Priority or FedEx, depending on the weight and size of the package.

You will receive a tracking number upon shipment.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Returns

I stand behind my products 100%. If there is an issue or concern with the state of your item please reach out and contact me right away. Because everything is custom made, I do not offer returns or refunds.

Exchanges

I will, however, replace items if they are defective or damaged. If there is a problem with your item, send me an email at: jay@valmarcraftsman.com with a picture and description of the damage. I will get back to you within 24 hours.

Shipping

If you would like to exchange your undamaged product (for reasons of your own) please email me at: jay@valmarcraftsman.com. Mail item to: 5225 Medina Road, Woodland Hills, CA 91364. You can pick something else out of equal value or receive store credit to be applied to another item.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary, but I will be in touch and provide tracking numbers when the item ships.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
